As part of our management we carry out regular routine inspections and supervise all contractors.

Communication
We pride ourselves on our communication with our customers, with regular dialogue with our point of contact at Board level, and our presence at management meetings and the AGM. We also send out an Annual Report to all the residents as well as reporting back regularly to the Board of Directors. All residents are given at the out set the name, telephone numbers and email of those in our team who look after their development. The Board also have the Direct Telephone number and email for the MD.

Always on Call
24 hours a day you have the peace of mind to know that you can speak to someone at our company. All residents are given a mobile phone number for out of hours emergencies.

Accounts
Besides the year end accounts which are prepared ready for handover to the accountant, we can produce reports at anytime for the Board of Directors. All funds are held in a designated clients account solely for your development and fully bonded for peace of mind.

Budgeting
As part of our accounts management we will produce to the Directors a Budget and Expenditure comparison, in order that we can ensure adequate funds are available for decorating and other major projects.

Legal Secretary
With all companies there are legal requirements including the completion of the Annual Return. We have a legal secretary whose job is to complete the necessary paper work for Companies House, including Annual Returns, Forms 288 for changes in Directors, issuing share certificates when properties are sold and arranging the AGMs when called by the Directors.

Buying Power
With managing a large portfolio this gives us the power to negotiate good rates for repairs and major projects, but more importantly the contractors are keen to please us and ensure that work is up to a good standard so they can expect further work.
