Our Estate Management team are amongst the most qualified within the sector. You could achieve MRICS status or become a Chartered Surveyor while being an Estate Manager. We have designed a programme which will take you through the Residential or Facility Management sector pathway. One of our MRICS will act as a Counsellor for you to be successful in achieving your MRICS qualification.

The Encore Academy

JM Estates staff have full access to The Encore Academy - a comprehensive in-house training programme designed to be inclusive and interactive. Launched in 2017 to help our teams progress in their chosen career path, the Academy has been designed to complement their professional training and give them the skills they need to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients. Sessions take place throughout the year and are delivered by experienced course leaders from our senior management team.
