Licence to Sublet

Some leases require the property owner to obtain the prior written consent of the Landlord or Management Company before sub-letting (renting) their property.

This consent is called a Licence to Sublet. Some properties require a new Licence at the start of each tenancy. This Licence helps ensure conditions at the development are maintained and protects the owner by requiring the sub-tenant to abide by covenants and obligations in the lease.
